What a coaching site actually needs
Your prices, visible
The first question is always what it costs. Sites that hide it lose the enquiry to one that does not.
Proof that you get results
Client quotes with real names and roles, marked up so search engines and AI assistants can read them as reviews rather than decoration.
Photography that loads instantly
Training photos are heavy. Images are converted and resized at build time, so a gallery does not cost you the Lighthouse score or the visitor.
A route to the first session
One clear action on every screen. A validated contact form on TIER-01, or Calendly scheduling if you move up a tier.
Findable in your city
Clean structure and structured data so "personal trainer" plus your city has something unambiguous to rank.
Fast on a phone at the gym
This is a phone-first audience. 83 KB and seven scripts against the 300 KB a page-builder site ships before a word of content.
This is usually TIER-01
Five pages covers home, your method, packages, about and contact. Move to TIER-02 if you want Calendly booking, a map to your studio, or a second language.

How much does a personal trainer website cost?
This one is €1,500, fixed and agreed before any work begins, for five pages. Extra pages are €150 each up to ten, so a ten-page site is €2,250. No VAT is charged: Kogaionon Limited is Hong Kong registered.
Can clients book sessions on the site?
On TIER-01 they contact you through a validated form. Calendly scheduling embedded in the page is TIER-02. Note that Calendly handles appointments, not class timetables or memberships. If you run a studio with recurring billing, that is a different build.
Can I sell training plans on it?
Not on these tiers. E-commerce and user accounts are excluded. Plenty of trainers sell through a separate platform and link to it, which works fine here.
How long does it take?
Ten working days from the moment your content is in hand, text and photographs both. The clock starts when the content arrives, not at signature, because content is what stalls most builds.
